General sales conditions

1. Payment of the lots must be fulfilled within 30 days after delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
2. Foreign orders are executed after full payment has been received. Payment must be done according to our terms. All deliveries are registered.
3. Complaints, if any, must reach us within 7 days of delivery. Collections and lots, which contain more than 3 sets, can not be returned. All descriptions are reliable and accurate. Our know-how is your guarantee.
4. Lots are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. Only the Commercial Court House of Antwerp is competent to settle any legal dispute.
